«Oasis» Water from Air Condensation Plant

Power - condensation plants are intended for producing water from air in arid regions.

 The plant consists of a horizontal tube surrounded by a system of automatic louvers creating whirling flow inside the plant, causing partial separation and concentration of water vapors in the paraxial zone. The condenser operating on the principle of shifting the point of thermodynamic equilibrium in the direction of negative temperatures (the principle is the «know-how» of the project developers) is located in the paraxial zone, fig.2.  Dehydrated whirling air flow is directed to the special turbine at the frontal part of the plant and is removed to the shadow zone of reduced pressure. The construction is easily installed on spot either as a single block or as a set of several associated blocks.

 

The Russian side is responsible for production, installation and maintenance of power - condensation elements and control-and-regulation systems, and in the future it may perform designer supervision over operation of the plants.

 

For tentative dimensions: height 5 m and length 50 m (open flow area 50m2),  average wind speed 3m/s and dewatering ratio 40-60% (3-5g/m3), minimum performance will be or 100 m3/day.

If flexible pressure hoses are used as water conduits, and a hydraulic turbine is installed underneath, then own needs in electricity may be fully satisfied for normal functioning of the entire plant.

Further transportation of water may take place along natural watercourses.

Installation of water condensation from the air

Rain

   After installation for condensing water from the air ( MAE ) method is based on the formation of convective currents in the atmosphere using the evaporation energy of water, or pretreated HV microwave fields.
  As one of the major development impact on cloud processes consider the theory of Russian scientists , according to which the influence of artificial sources of heat balance of the atmosphere can go through the major ions as condensation nuclei in the atmosphere.
   When developing systems used patents Russian scientists number 847546 , № 2034315 , № 2060639 , № 2107428 , № 2297758 and others.

   This method of formation of clouds to produce rain except direct irrigation and Stockpiling of water in existing and newly created ponds can be used to :
- Ventilation air pools in quarries , industrial centers and large cities , especially during smog ;
- Advance atmospheric discharge of excess energy ( heat, moisture , energy instability), the accumulation of which is above the critical level leads to hail and other natural disasters ;
- River runoff control ;
- Leaching , saline as a result of unsustainable irrigation ;
- Suspension of offensive deserts.
Installation can be performed both in stationary and mobile version ( on the car platform, balloons , airplanes , etc.)
   Gradually , over time , you can establish channels for the supply of moisture to make them manageable .
   Calculations show that the amount of rainwater at a rain can be up to 2.5 x 106 m3 , which is confirmed by experimental work eaten by in the Stavropol region and other regions of Russia and abroad . Given that this method for short periods of time creates updraft forming a cloud exceeding natural flows by 2-3 orders , one can expect a secondary cloud created around the primary of a high cloud. Then the amount of precipitation and the area will be watered much more.
   The estimated cost of fixed installations , depending on the capacity of 800-1000 thousand dollars , on mobile autoplatforms - $ 200-300 thousand . Cost of produced water - 1-3 cents .
   Terms of manufacturing plants - 7-9 months .
   Installation commissioning - 5-7 months .
